Today Year 5 and Year 2 visited Knowsley Safari Park in St Helens. A fun but busy day was had by all, despite getting extremely wet in the afternoon. A knowledgeable guide told the children about some of the animals in the park and the children asked lots of questions. They even met and stroked two rain forest animals - a stick insect from Australia and a hissing cockroach. Yuk! We watched a brilliant show with California Sea Lions in the afternoon - Arthur could clap, wave, walk like a seal, balance a ball on his nose while swimming, as well as being able to dive and touch a huge suspended ball. Take a look at some of the pictures we took.
